Cancellation Policy for Blue Reef Boat Rentals

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate those changes whenever possible. That’s why we have instituted a fair and straightforward cancellation policy for our valued customers.

• Free Cancellation: If you need to cancel your boat rental, you can do so at no charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled rental time.

• Late Cancellation Fee: Should you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled rental time, a one-day rental fee will be charged. This ensures that we can manage our fleet efficiently and continue to provide excellent service to all our customers.

• Bad Weather Exception: We want your boating experience to be safe and enjoyable. If bad weather poses a risk or makes boating impractical on the day of your rental, we will waive the cancellation fee. This determination will be made at the discretion of Blue Reef Boat Rentals and will be based on official weather advisories and conditions at the time.

• Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests made within the 48-hour window. However, these requests will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
